The Parish Council has 7 Members and a Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer.

Meetings are scheduled to be held once every 2 months on the first Monday of the month of: May, July, September, November, January and March. Meetings are held at the Village Hall (off the Green, off Grafham Road) at 7.30 pm.
All residents, public and press are welcome to attend any meeting. There is an Open Forum for 10 minutes at the beginning of each meeting when a member of the public can raise an issue to be discussed by Parish Council Members.
The conduct of meetings is governed by a document called Standard Orders. You can find a copy of this under the Policies section of this website.
Other meetings are scheduled if required.
Each year the Parish Council receives a precept (local Council Tax) to spend on the village. This has been held at £9,000 for several years. This pays for grass cutting, the Clerks salary, upkeep of the village hall, insurances, and other expenses. Details of income and expenditure are available at each meeting and can also be examined prior to each annual return.
